Forest vegetation area
KMITL has a forest vegetation area of 408,521 m2, which is distributed in different zones of KMITL. The forest area is useful for water storage, preserve plant species, and student learning.
Planted vegetation
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang plant a large number of trees. Because planting large trees will provide shade and reduce heat. The institute plant large trees between the building and the surrounding areas to providing shade and reducing heat. The planted vegetation area can use for doing activities such as sitting and reading. KMITL plans to increase the planted vegetation every year for making green environments.
